Shipping and Returns


We pack and ship orders Tuesday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:30 p.m. CST ship the following day. Orders received after 2:30 p.m. Friday, ship Tuesday.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE OUR SHIPPING POLICIES:

In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The same policy applies to stolen packages after they have been delivered to your destination.

If you refuse any shipments from Collektive Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

We offer free exchanges for all continental U.S.A orders! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to exchange an item purchased online, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received – NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for EXCHANGE for another item or STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.

 

If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can exchange regular priced merchandise within 14 days from date of delivery for an exchange. There are no exceptions from this policy. If you had started the exchange process by clicking the above link within 14 days, but fail to ship your return package within the time frame, your package will be returned to you.

 

 

Please note: This exchange Policy is for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY and does not apply to in-store purchases. For our in-store policy, please refer to the information printed on your merchandise receipt or contact the store directly. 

Online Exchange

The cost of the returned item(s), including sales tax, will be credited to your store credit account. Once your package has been received by us, your store credit will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. 

 

Online Final Sale

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, we will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.

The following categories are final sale:

  • Sale items. All items listed in our Sale Section are FINAL SALE.
  • Intimates (bras, panties, and shapewear)
  • Beauty and Grooming products. If the product causes an allergic reaction, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Shipping Charges

We do not refund shipping and handling charges on orders placed outside the continental U.S.A., and you are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.

 

 

Defective Merchandise

If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.

If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.) please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.

Footwear

Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn.

Footwear exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.

Swimwear

Swimwear exchanges must include the original tags attached and the bottom liner intact.

 

Return Online Purchase In-Store

Online Exchanges are now accepted at our store location. Please provide the invoice that was included in your package, so we can process your exchange. We are happy to provide store credit or exchanges for all unwashed and unworn items. Sorry, no refunds. Please note that store credit can only be redeemed in-store and will not be available for online purchase. Keep in mind, we only accept returns within 14 days of purchase and we don’t price adjust. In order for us to make this happen merchandise must have the original tags. Shoes must be in the original box. All sale merchandise and underwear is yours to keep after purchase… meaning it’s final sale. Need to exchange size or color of your purchased item? Please contact the store by phone prior to your visit, to ensure that the replacement item is available.

 

In-Store Exchange Policy

Shopped at our shop and need to exchange something? Head back to one of our stores and we’ll be happy to help. Please note that we provide store credit or exchanges for all unwashed and unworn items. Sorry, no refunds. Keep in mind, we only accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase and we don’t price adjust. In order for us to make this happen merchandise must have the original tags, and please save your original receipts. Shoes must be in the original box. Swimwear must have all tags and liner attached. All sale merchandise and underwear is yours to keep after purchase… meaning it’s final sale.
